HFW is delighted to host a webinar on Tuesday, 30 March to discuss the new ICC Rules and will include a Q&A.
HFW’s Damian Honey, Partner and Head of International Arbitration; and Costas Frangeskides, Insurance/Reinsurance Partner and ICC UK ADR and Arbitration Committee member, will be joined by Iain Quirk QC of Essex Court Chambers in a discussion of the 2021 ICC Rules that came into force on 1 January 2021, chaired by HFW Global Disputes PSL, Nicola Gare.
